At the buttom of my heart I am leant towards to the landscape painting. Surely because I have grown up in the country and got to know the rural life with his linkings to the nature and estimate till this day very much. The constant change of the seasons and the changes linked with it in scenery and weather are essential for me to feel fine me. I could never live in a concrete desert without sinking into depressions.

Even climatic temperate zones, without winter would be dull for me in the long run, in the end, because the always green hardly shows changes. What there is nicer than a colourful spring or the gold of the big autumn woods or the first snow?

The unique variety of the moods of light, nature and landscape here in Europe, from the cultural variety sometimes completely seen, is to be compared, actually, to nothing.

The range of topics described here accommodates of course also the picturesque results of excursions (unfortunately too few) in more distant countries which were granted to me. Primarily Argentina and Mexico. Also Iceland has his impressions leave and a short adventure in the Caribbean and I could come true a childhood dream to pet once a dolphin - free-living, at least.

My landscape painting contain not only authentical pictures of available worlds, but primarily also introduced feelings and mental convergence which I could gain of these impressions. Thus can be sometimes caught the things which the temporal distance brought to the trip only properly to the effect.

In the chapter "unique pieces" are pictures the exceptions contain are and partially rather with inhabitants of the scenery deal than with herself.
